Susan is a Registered Dental Hygienist who practiced for 30 years before retiring from that Profession to move into her second career as a Real Estate Broker.  In her first year she generated the same amount in Real Estate as she had in her first career with 30 years experience!  In her first year with her own Brokerage, she closed over $800,000 with ONE developer!!

Chuck Locklin, formerly of Harling, Locklin & Assoc. of Winter Park, has over 40 years experience with & as a Developer & Licensed Building Contractor & Surveyor.  He has done several DRI's (Development of Regional Impact) which are characterized as being large enough to impact more than one County & require all site plans, environmental studies, etc. to be filed with the State.  He is presently building Custom Homes, additions & renovations; & sudivision, platting & surveying on individual projects. 

Chuck & Susan have been affiliated personally for 20 years & travelled over Florida & into Georgia "camping" with their horses (and, in fact, met riding horses!).  They presently have "pedal" kayaks & take those instead of horses around Florida behind their small motor home, or in the Florida Keys from the Family houseboat (also small). 

Tammi & Susan worked together in their Dental office for several years.  Her husband, Andy is serving with the Army in Korea.  They have three girls, including one set of twins (Tammi is also a twin).
